Important Customer Alert
It has come to our notice that certain scammers are misusing a logo similar to Nimify Beauty to deceive customers with fake deliveries.
• If you receive a package with the “Nimify Beauty” name, or a logo similar to ours, without placing an order, kindly do not accept the delivery or make any payment.
• Nimify Beauty never sends unsolicited packages to customers.
Your safety and trust are our top priority. If you encounter any such incident, please inform us immediately via the Contact Form or Email.
We are already taking strict legal action against these fraudulent activities. We sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support.
Returns and Refunds:
- If you receive a damaged or different product, you can return it within 3 days of delivery and full refund will be provided. (We will be needing an unboxing video and the shipping label must be clearly visible)
- If the courier service provider fails to deliver your package, we will reship your package using a different courier service provider at no added cost.
- If you couldn’t take the order delivery, we will initiate the refund deducting the shipping and reverse shipping charges.
- For product quality/quantity-related concerns, we will be needing a detailed video of you using the product as per our mentioned usage guidelines and before-after images as applicable.
Payment Methods:
We support cash on delivery, all major credit, debit cards, UPI, bank transfer and wallets.
Shipping:
Your orders will be shipped with standard shipping partners based on your delivery location. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
