Returns, Refunds and Shipping Policy

Returns and Refunds:

  • If you receive a damaged or different product, you can return it within 3 days of delivery and full refund will be provided. (We will be needing an unboxing video and the shipping label must be clearly visible)
  • If the courier service provider fails to deliver your package, we will reship your package using a different courier service provider at no added cost.
  • If you couldn’t take the order delivery, we will initiate the refund deducting the shipping and reverse shipping charges.
  • For product quality/quantity-related concerns, we will be needing a detailed video of you using the product as per our mentioned usage guidelines and before-after images as applicable. 

Payment Methods:

We support cash on delivery, all major credit, debit cards, UPI, bank transfer and wallets.


Shipping:

Your orders will be shipped with standard shipping partners based on your delivery location. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
